  • Hydration is Key: Upon arrival, trim approximately 2-3 cm off the bottom of each stem at an angle with sharp shears. Immediately place them in a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water and the provided flower food.
  • Water Changes: Change the water every one to two days, re-trimming the stems each time.
  • Foliage Removal: Remove any leaves that would fall below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.
  • Placement: Keep your roses in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit, which emits ethylene gas that can shorten their lifespan.

Care Instructions

• If flowers are arranged in florist's foam, top up with clean water daily, taking care not to overtill.
• If you have received cut flowers, trim stems diagonally about 2 cm from the base prior to placing in clean water. lake special care to remove all leaves that will be underwater, as they contain bacteria that may quickly proliferate and spoil the water.
• Position flowers away from draughts, direct heat and sunlight. Do not place them on heat generating appliances such as TVs and microwave ovens.
• As some flowers will last longer than others, carefully remove spent blooms, especially if other flowers in your display are still alive.
