  • Upon arrival, carefully unwrap your roses and re-cut 1-2 inches from the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle using a sharp knife or floral shears.
  • Immediately place the roses into a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water and the provided flower food solution.
  • Remove any leaves that fall below the waterline in the vase to prevent bacterial growth, which can shorten the life of your blooms.
  • Change the water and re-cut stems every 1-2 days to ensure continuous hydration.
  • Keep your roses away from direct sunlight, heat sources (like radiators or appliances), and ripening fruit, as these can accelerate wilting.

Care Instructions

• If flowers are arranged in florist's foam, top up with clean water daily, taking care not to overtill.
• If you have received cut flowers, trim stems diagonally about 2 cm from the base prior to placing in clean water. lake special care to remove all leaves that will be underwater, as they contain bacteria that may quickly proliferate and spoil the water.
• Position flowers away from draughts, direct heat and sunlight. Do not place them on heat generating appliances such as TVs and microwave ovens.
• As some flowers will last longer than others, carefully remove spent blooms, especially if other flowers in your display are still alive.
