  • Upon arrival, carefully unwrap your bouquet and trim approximately 2cm from the bottom of each stem at an angle using sharp shears.
  • Immediately place flowers into a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water, ensuring all leaves below the waterline are removed to prevent bacterial growth.
  • Change water daily and re-trim stems every two days for optimal hydration.
  • Keep your bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit to prolong its freshness.
  • For Phalaenopsis orchids, ensure they are misted occasionally if the environment is dry, but avoid wetting the roses and lisianthus directly.

Care Instructions

• If flowers are arranged in florist's foam, top up with clean water daily, taking care not to overtill.
• If you have received cut flowers, trim stems diagonally about 2 cm from the base prior to placing in clean water. lake special care to remove all leaves that will be underwater, as they contain bacteria that may quickly proliferate and spoil the water.
• Position flowers away from draughts, direct heat and sunlight. Do not place them on heat generating appliances such as TVs and microwave ovens.
• As some flowers will last longer than others, carefully remove spent blooms, especially if other flowers in your display are still alive.
