Flower Care

To ensure your beautiful Lisianthus flourish and bring lasting joy, please follow these care instructions:

  • Prepare Your Vase: Fill a clean vase with fresh, cool water and add the provided flower food sachet.
  • Trim Stems: Upon arrival, re-cut 1-2 inches off the bottom of each stem at an angle (under running water if possible) using sharp shears or a knife.
  • Remove Foliage: Remove any leaves that will fall below the waterline in your vase. Submerged foliage can promote bacterial growth and shorten the life of your flowers.
  • Placement: Display your Lisianthus in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit (which emits ethylene gas that can accelerate wilting).
  • Hydration: Change the water every two days, re-cutting stems each time, to keep your flowers well-hydrated and vibrant.

Care Instructions

• If flowers are arranged in florist's foam, top up with clean water daily, taking care not to overtill.
• If you have received cut flowers, trim stems diagonally about 2 cm from the base prior to placing in clean water. lake special care to remove all leaves that will be underwater, as they contain bacteria that may quickly proliferate and spoil the water.
• Position flowers away from draughts, direct heat and sunlight. Do not place them on heat generating appliances such as TVs and microwave ovens.
• As some flowers will last longer than others, carefully remove spent blooms, especially if other flowers in your display are still alive.
